Rates for Virtual Administration Services

At Your Admin Service™ is here to be your virtual assistant! Contact me to discuss your specific requirements.  


Administrative Projects:

$30 hour

Bookkeeping Projects

$45 hour **Some Fixed Fees Available

Publishing Projects:

$40 hour

I understand that each client is unique so please contact me to discuss your project needs. Detailed quotes are available. Time is calculated in 15 minute increments, so you only pay for the time spent on your projects.


A Work Agreement must be signed prior to any work beginning.
A 50% deposit may be required before work can begin.
All invoices are payble upon receipt, unless otherwise negotiated ahead of time.
Clients will be billed for all incidental expenses such as postage, courier or freight charges, stationary and printing.
Rush projects, holiday services or weekend services may incur a surcharge.
I accept personal and business checks, cashiers checks and Paypal
There will be a $30.00 service fee for any returned checks.
If payment is not received by the due date, a 2.5% late charge will be calculated monthly.
